     on VAG505 languages german downloaded appears in display but not authorized so not working so I have to use only english

    Hi
    sometimes when you buy an autel diagnosis, it is possible that this one was locked with just one language.
    Do not be worried,      make the request to your product dealer and indicate to him that you want to unlock the German language.
    Then update you Autel Tool and select the German language.
    Your product is now in German

    The unlock the Language, can take 1 to 10 days
