al 619 won't read the tf card

     My al 619 won't read the tf card. with the card installed the unit won't even power up. It willm power up with no card in and shows the picture for no card installed. Can i get some help with this? Thanks in advance.

      type 619 on the search bar to the upper right corner of your screen  you may find your answer there if you don't contact support thru an email good luck
