     the language is not authorized. please obtain the authorization!
    every time i get this message when i tri to change de language to dutch what to do now i have autolink al619

    Hi
    sometimes when you buy an autel diagnosis, it is possible that this one was locked with just one language.
    Do not be worried,      make the request to your product dealer and indicate to him that you want to unlock the German language.
    Then update you Autel Tool and select the German language.
    Your product is now in German

    The unlock the Language, can take 1 to 10 days

     are you sure that autolink al619 support netherlands language beqause i send a email to the seller ans he says: The models of MD series can be authorized to support Netherlands language, but AL series cannot do that.

     My understanding from other similar posts is that you need to call Autel and they will change the language in your unit by the online method.

     i have send numerous e-mail to support, but seems they dont reply... I can't change my MaxiSys to English version!!

      to change language contact your vendor dealer the people you bought it from only them can request language change from autel  good luck. just so you know why only the vendor can verify you are the original owner
