side or front impact sensors disconnected  or you never disconnected the battery and drained caps before working on the srs system you also could have'had a deployment  next time disconnect both battey terminals and touch them together for 30 seconds before disconnecting any part related to srs system  the front impact sensor its by the condenser and passenger side impact its by the right kick panel  check them both make sure they are not disconnected  if they are don't just plug them in  disconnect battery drain caps then connect sensors  good luck.
