i have merc WDD212 that electric cooling fan goes full blast as soon as you start the car

Hi, am tony based in kenya and I have this merc wdd 212 diesel which the cooling fan goes on as soon as you start the car there are no dtc on it I have everything but the problem won't go kindly anybody there assist.

Hi if no fault codes in cdi module then it could be a fault in the Ac module causing it to run in default mode. Do you have full chassis number?

The items you mentioned are all okay even the Ac module the Cdi Module but the fan
still runs full blast after about 15sec after starting the car what do you think could be
causing this anybody your assistance will be highly appreciated.

There is a multifunction relay which can cause some odd faults try looking for that

Its a long relay about twice the length of a normal 4 pin relay and as a rule they are on
the front bulkhead hope this helps mate they were a real problem at one time best of
luck
