This seems to work fine for OBDII engine mgmt, but cannot find VIN, SRS, ABS.  It keeps asking to check the connection, when the connection is fine.  Any thoughts?  I bought this specifically to trouble shoot an SRS fault warning.  thanks!

I too am having the exact same problem. I have contacted customer support via email, they have asked for my serial number and vin number. I have furnished both and am awaiting a response. When/if i get one i will update this post accordingly.

I just got my AL619 this week, brand new, and it too will work fine for Engine MGT, and does ABS, but will not find the VIN or SRS. I did the updates and even after that, it will not read them. It also will not read the SRS system on my Dodge truck.

Hi, our engineer has tested the car here and there is no problem with the current software version. Please try to input the VIN code manually when the tool cannot identify the car via VIN read. Thanks!
