     i cant use my pc suit to update the vehicle coverage, im a new user, have registered the device etc. (can obviously log onto this site with my account and password but the pc suite comes up with "wrong password or account details"

     you never mentioned which tool you have   if is a 708 or maxisys you have to use the the password and account number from the tool it has nothing to do with the password and account you used to log in to this site

    I use the name and password of my Autel-ID = login for this page, in the PC suite to update the software.
    That works, but I remember that some passwords this web page accepts doe not work in the PC update software.
