    Hi, tried diagnosis on two nissans a 2004 Teana and a 2006 Murano and the tool wouldn't detect them manually or with auto detect the message i got from the tool was UNKNOWN VEHICLE the details of the vehicles are as follows.
    TEANA Chassis - J31-109771
    Model- BLNUREAJ31EZA_ __B_
    MURANO Chassis- TZ50-012649
    Model- TDBARJAZ50EDASS9DY.
    But when I searched the vehicles by type i was able to diagnosis.

      Kairu there is no other explanation but a defective scanner or either a bad or not updated vci, contact your vendor to get a replacement unit, also contact support by email or phone call have the serial number ready good luck.

    Ede I believe you have read my other reports my scanner is totally perfect i have
    scanned other vehicles and it works perfect so kindly please don't blame my scanner.
