1. It can be that the connection to the server in China is not OK when you tried it. The data goes around the world with a lot of devices in between. I then try the next day.
2. Does the IE on the DS708 get a web page ? If not you have a network problem on your site.
3. You can also try the PC software to update. Does this work ?
4. Have you been able to update in the past ? Is the device registered to you and your autel account OK ?...
5. Can you connect via VNC to the device ? Does the DS708 got an IP ????
A simple "not working" is mostly not enough to proved help.
