anyone know what the ecu reset does using the maxisys on vauxhall corsa 2009, does it wipe the ecu or just reset to factory settings

It will not wipe out your ecu,just drive the vehicle afterward for all relearning to take
place. -

when you go to reset it will ask you for the security code and if you enter it the ecu will divorce from the car and you will need to set up as a new ecu, pain in the arse so don't do it -

Wow i hope he didn't listen to me,i never thought there will be that big of a difference
between our cars and theirs, thank you for clearing that up.
