maxisys ms 908 pro restart on GM motors only

I try to connect GM cars, specially GMC , I go to auto detect VIN, after detection it shows my the car info and ask me to conform YES or NO. At that time my device flash for one second, screen off and on again, vci disconnect and again reconnect immidiately. And same thing continue, I can't proceed more. Only GM motors. Other all cars ok . Please help me

I had the problem identifying the car as muneeb mentioned, today we had the update on the 908 pro. I haven't check it yet, will do on monday
