Honda Provides life time airbag repairs on most honda makes. But as far as the opds, u need the HIM< OR the HDS ,Honda doesnt allow reprogramming of air bag Equipment in the aftermarket world.All units ive replaced i haven't found 1 yet i could do. It needs to goto honda.

   I'm a retired honda tech ,not sure if the ds-708 ( I'm new to the ds -708 scanner)can initialize the opds unit this must be done first . Then you must do a seat weight calibration,these are both in the honda scanner,In canada this is a customer pay service honda doesn't do this for free,maybe in some other countries ? By the way I didn't look up those codes but if replacing modules you must perform both initialization of opds and calibration of the weight sensor.
