No , you will need a pass through device like a j2534 to flash the pcm. Now you will
also need at least 2 keys to program the pats system. You will also need to purchase a
subscription from motorcraft.com. You can purchase a short term for $40.00. I see you
have a pro so go to motorcraft web and register then down load the ford j2534
