after download the software, i cannot log in for update.

     I have trouble loging in Autel update after download the software. I try userename and password that i log in in the auteltech.com as well as password come in with the scaner i still cannot log in. it kept givin me the same message every time i try to log in, which is " please check your account name and password and try again. It is frustrating

    What are the serial number and model number of your Autel tool?

    By the way, did you download the latest PC suite software for your Autel tool from our website?

    It is highly recommended to use the latest PC suite software to do the updates.
