     hello!  I bougt a secondhand maxisys mini, It is registrated by the previous owner, How do i get it to my name?

    If it is as with the 708, the old owner has to remove the device from his Autel account.
    You can then register it it your account.

     As stated, if the previous owner registered under an email account. You need to create an Autel ID and send email to the appropriate distributor with serial number and Autel ID to have it switch over.

    If is old account(non email address), you can re-register to switch old userinfo to your new Autel ID account.
