 I have never had any luck getting the printer to work.I have installed reinstalled finally today i see there is a newer pc suite download.removed original one from the supplied disc.downloaded new pc suite that now is a zip file. Now i can print .doesn't send document to printer list but it comes up as a pdf file.just print that file.just need to figure out why it doesn't print from print list.believe it is something to with adobe reader?using adobe 6.0
