I got new TS601 (TPMS) and MD802 (MaxiDiag Elite), registered them, and tried to update them to the latest software as they have been shipped with V1.0 of hard- and software in 01/08/2013.At any time I try to download one of the two updates the (latest) PC Suite says after a few seconds "Download Failed". In between I can see some Bytes being transmitted (checking the line) but download-bar doesn't move ore indicate anything.I tried two different PCs, the same. Tried different memory-cards, the same.The support, whereever it might be located is not really helpful and not full of ideas! I asked them for the files zipped so that I can copy them manually to the cards, but no answer!I hope there is one to help me. There is no use without.Tags: download_failed , no_update

Problem is solved! If anybody faces problems on download it may depend on anti virus scanner! Deactivating it solved my problem. But now: no way to program the scanned id's to the ECU!See the other post ... European frequencies part two.
