    Just got AL619.  Updated PC suite, but keep getting "please insert SD card into USB port on computer" when trying to update the software, have tried various ways and can't get update software to recognize SD card. On one attempt it shows the V4.5 update, but still get message when I click update.

     Never mind...user error, card adapter was "protected", all updated now!
