You need to provide more information about this vehicle,starting with fuel pressure,
trouble codes, any intake or exhaust backfire does it run fine after it warms up any
smoke,smells, are the plugs wet, is compression good, anything could prevented it or
make hard to start cold. I will start with fuel pressure and airflow meter readings. Good
