Why would current software ID a 2014 Accord as a 2007 model?

Working for a body shop on a 2014 Honda Accord VIN# 1HGCR2F33EA011092 build date 08/2013. The scanner ID`d the car as a 2007 Accord. Could not access the Seat Weight Sensors. Could not find Worked around to at least see if 2013 software would let me initialize the SWS and do calibration. Need Help or manual vehicle enter sequence or some kind of Worked around.

Unfortunely it did not. I had to attempt with another scanner, it read it but would not recalibrate the SWS. Bad to send to dealer.

I agree with you don't buy up dates and i wish i had kept my backup updates seperate a few months back i have a few updates left on my tool but not going to update until i know whats added or taken away autel is not being honest with it' customers
