     I dont now whats wrong.
    I started the update client, logged in and every time after 4 min loading a
    error message appear. " connection problem.please check your inet connection"
    i tried the same filling in any rubish for user ID and passwort.
    Same message.
    so, is there really a connection problem or did i wrote the wrong user id or passwort

    hope someone can help me

      reset your internet modem,router and pc see if that hepls.

     what's the version of your PC Suit? And pls check if firewall blocks the update client. If password is wrong, it generally tells you the password incorrect.
