ABS module not found on 2001 PT Cruiser

Used DRB to find the abs fault on the 2001 pt. The MD802 found all the ABS modules on the 2007 PT. Agree that you need a starscan or witech rather than DRB for the Canbus system but was impressed the MD802 found it as well.Other people in our PT club have used autel for the ABS on pre 2006 PT's but think they were after 2003 as that's when Autel list individual Chrysler models on the MD802. I'm going to try it on a PT between 2003-2006 when I get a chance. I have also raised a query with AutelThe Autel website said it should find the ABS on a 2001 model which was the reason I brought the unit. I had to borrow the DRB unit from a friend.It's a UK (European) spec PT if that makes a difference -

Yes I sent one in today so will see what the reply is.I have looked on this forum and now found someone else who had the same problem on a 2004 PT and Autel said it only supported 2006-2010 but the website says 2001-2010I have checked with our PT club forum and someone has used a Foxwell unit with a 2001 PT so it seems I may have not got the best unit for my car.Thanks for helping. -

Sounds like it might just be a software issue then. Hopefully Autel can provide info or a software fix for the 2001 PT as I have been quite impressed with the unit otherwise.Many thanks -
