       I order a Launch product and I haven't been able to register it yet, email them but no response yet, will wait few days and see what happens. Some of their products are locked to China region...

     Auto in the Box and Autel Online are dealers authorized in China. Not for Autel US.

    Please go to autel.us and click on Dealers for our list.

    We do have small vendors who purchased from our dealers.

    Please contact them to ask who is their dealer.

        Just an update, Launch Scanner from autointhebox registered fine. You have to tell them about desired language and region  before registration. Works great  everything in plain English...
