Whats going on with the downgrading software? GM Ford?

     Whats going on with the downgrading software? I had a 2012 Colorado yesterday that auto identified as a sonic? Then I entered manually and would only see 3 of the on board computers. So i bowwored my friends Maxidas that he never updated and it was fine . Had same types of problems with 2004 Expedition!!!!!

      Not sure car is gone. I had same problem with GM ver.11.01 and 11.0  both on different sd cards. Talked to tech support today and I downgraded to ver 9.XX we will see when i get car back . All i will tell you is my buddy's with 9.xx worked like a champ!

      Autel need to remove you syny aka shitty from this forum or it will be ruined by one 
    asshole, Support please look into this issue, it is 
    affecting the tools ability to progress.

     I have the same problem my 2012 silverado 4x4. K series  is identified as a Chevy volt , I have sent  the information a month ago but still no software to fix this and like you said when I first got my ds -708 the software in it worked not sure what version then I updated software to version 11 and now it's messed up sees my silverado as a Chevy volt .  Nice  so now I keep all old versions of software on sd cards just in case ,wish I had the old version of software that came with the ds-708.
