After downloading update on my AL519 code reader, all I get is a blank screen now? What happened? I followed steps as shown in user manual, went to plug the code reader into my vehicle and it displayed a blank screen? Now when I try to connect it to my computer I am unable to do so, and all it displays is a blank screen. I haven't even used this product 1 time and already it seems broken.
