     Hi trying to sort a Benz A150 2007 WD169 when connecting just getting Vehicle program not Authorized tryed everything can any one give advice

     Never seen that message , think it is wise to get this to Autel .

    Login via Support & Updates, second column Sign In and then file an issue under "Your Issues"
