P0152  02 sensor 2/1 Circuit High: That code is for driver's side (left) upstream 02 sensor. Check for open circuit or water intrusion at oxygen sensor's connector.

Thanks but i wonder Does sensor 2 bank 1 means drivers side or passengers side?! It is a 3.8l v6 2010 model
Visually inspection no connection problem what do you advice
Found the voltage are stable and change ratio equal on both banks front and lower stream

Does loose exhaust nut at the manifold do that and why it did not trigger lean condition
    Thanks again

Bank 2 is left side of vehicle ( driver's side for Left hand drive vehicle). Switch both upstream 02 sensors from opposite sides and see if code moves to other bank, if it does replace bad 02 sensor. Loose exhaust is more likely to throw a code for fuel trim instead of a circuit code. Bank 1 is always where #1 cylinder is, bank 2 is opposite.  ( H02S 2/1: first digit number of PID is bank side "2", second digit is sensor location, "1" for upstream or 2 downstream)
