Programming is not available for Porsche models year from 2011.. Yesterday I tried to diagnose a cayenne 2011 everything went well but when I wanted to delete fault codes on DME, All Wheel Drive and PSM maxisys tries to enter to control units but it doesn't work and it will go back to autoscan, I cannot read codes or see live data from the unit... then I tried to quick erase and it worked... one more thing when I click on auto vin detect or on vehicle detect from porsche software it recognize the car as boxter but the car is cayenne and I will be forced to cancell it and try to communicate with the vehicle manually.... support help to improve Porsche software please.... Thank you -

Good Day,
I apologize for the issue on hand. Please make sure you are latest on the Porsche update. If you are, please do a datalog so our engineer can look into this. Please provide serial number of scanner so we can log the proper information for the issue.
