Autel AL419 - problem

    I have AutoLink AL419. 

    I installed update pack and my scanner stops working properly. There is no text in options in menus, there is no DTC's. When I installed previous version (v5.10 - like in screen of user manual) there is nothing displayed - only white screen.
    What should I do to restore my AL419 to factory settings?

    Please help.

     while updating, please make sure that you selected the correct files with correct language.

    Thanks for reply.

    I selected correct files but, the language isn't correct. I already received original files for my scanner, from my seller. It should be in Polish language, and thats the reason why update not working. 

    Now it's working properly.
