     Updated some of my stuff (FORD) now I cannot get the info that I was getting before update. Working on a 2000 powerstroke and before update I could get some cylinder data at idle now I cannot get it to even go into OBD2.Who can I call and speak to a live person about some of my issues.

     I sent scanner back and now no one is responding to my emails about returning it
