Am having this issue with my ds708 each time i try to scan vehicle from 2008/2014 all i got is TESTER NOT COMMUNICATING and this is to all makes of car but it works fine on any car from 2000/2007,pls any one with idea of what goes wrong, i have mail

i have this issue with my ds708 it does not work on all 2008-2014 make of cars epecially the hondas,toyotas,nissan,mistubushietc but it works on 2000-2007, i have mail support but no reply yet .pls does anyone have idea on what its going on or any one with clue of what to do,i just pay for updating and i have done the update

I did not do the last update for Honda as the update before the latest one was 40+MB and the latest was 23 something MB so I did not update Acura was the same -
