I had a customer with a 2010 BMW X5 4.8L it was a 4.8 gas engine after resetting the NY state inspection i received a diesel particular filter interval, then after a representative/tech tried to fix it himself remotely through my scanner, the vehicle received a gear oil service interval which neither were present before hand.  I have called 25+ times and emailed countless times not one person has helped.  Anyone else come up with this issue?
