    I need to programe a key for dodge dokat year 2008 using maxisys pro 908 does any knows.

     You need to get PIN to program keys. Maxisys does not pull PIN from Chrysler/Dodge vehicles. Dealer might provide you with PIN, if you can't get it from dealer, you need a locksmith or a different  tool to get PIN.
