    2007 honda civic I - shift transmission fault, 2 faults stored in control module that  cannot be erase
    but when I click on read codes it says no faults. Anyone use this tool on a I - shift transmission before??

     Try disconnect battery. I have seen fantom codes before and the only way to remove is this way. Enjoy
