    Hey I'm having problems connecting to vw crafter through manufacturer specific but I can through obd2

     You can try by Sprinter and then select Sprinter. By this way I am sure you will read every ECU. Sometimes, the only that it doesn't read is the MOTOR ECU.

    I've already inform the support this problem. They already detected the BUG in the software and they are trying to solved asap.

     It's one of the two cars I know of that have always been giving Autel tools a headache (both Crafter and Toyota Starlet). I cannot connect either but next time will try sprinter for crafter (don't see how that does the trick since it is mercedes, not VW).

     Because Crafter is equal to sprinter. It's just change the logo that are stick to the car.

    If you have the chance you will see that. 

    Even in OEM tool of VW, to diagnostic to this car, you have to select apart of the others cars.

    I have already done with Maxisys 908 a diagnostic and with OEM tool of Mercedes I've already done a diagnostic in a Crafter.

    Managed to get in to most modules but unable to reset service counter. Any ideas?
