Jaime can you tell me exactly the issue your having for example do you see the nats
option on this vehicle if you do does it read the pin read when you click on it, its c/u
initialization option available. Tell me the procedure your following. Remember most
nissans up to 2003 uses pin 5523 which the tool does automaticly for us. On the
maxima they use bcm from a very early age since 03 I believe although your is an 04.
Some early models have no pin read option you have to visually read it from the bcm
and convert it like the morano and 350 and some others I can't remember now. But on
this early vehicles if the tool can not retreive a pin code its mostlikely done differently.
05 and up they are all ramdom 4 digit pin code up to 2012 then 20 digit rolling codes
after that. Anyway tell me the exact procedure your following, what's available and
    what's not.

    03 altima,03 maxima etc.
All with mecanical key,I need to check those with smart key to see if it works

tried an 04 maxima mechanical key and no cigar will not communicate with nats also an 08 frontier mechanical key and got function not supported. between my vehicles and yours I think is pretty save to say it does not work. 04 to 09 mechanical key. I tell you something I know for a fact 100% that version 3.0 did not have this issues with mechanical keys not even with smart keys. that version was not as developed as the one we have now but it did not have any issue with nats and I remembers as if it was yesterday. if anyone has this version saved some where can you please share to verify.

I copy and pasted this from my other post so people and my self can see it here on this thread

don't have version 3.0 . Lost all backups do to a virus or something. I have 11
maxisys out there one of them most have it I have to check. I believe after version 3.0
nissan nats got screwed up. They did add more features and options with the new
releases but nats is deffenetly out of wack on many vehicles. I have programmed
vehicles that even support says its not available and the ones suppost to be available
I have not being able to do. According to support push button ikeys system is not
available yet after 2010. Guess what I have done a few and on the other hand I have
had issues with older vehicles go figure. But all this gaps in our tool is nothing new, it
has been going on since day one. I don't use the maxisys to program any keys on any
vehicle I find it to be unreliable for the most part. It is great tool don't get me wrong I
love my masisys but it has its limitations just like the rest. For key programming get
something else like sk-100sk-200 skp-900 etc there are many out there at least for now.

Well this tool is nuts. I did a 2005 altima and 2008 frontier mechanical key and it
worked fine on the first try. Also a few of my friend called me for pin codes and their
708 and maxisys seem to be working fine no complaints from them . Go figure some
will do and some don't . Will use usb cable only from now on there could be an issue
on the wireless/bluetooth side of this tool who knows.
