can't diagnostic european car mercedes w212 3.5 CGI.

Hi all, please help with this issue. I have maxysys pro ms908. While connecting to car it give all the necesary information except active test, live data, control unit adaptation. Car info: mercedes e-class, w212, year 2009, engine 3,5 CGI, code m272.

Sand Log Data Files to Support Team with all the information for the about vehicle also if possible get some screen shots of any massages you get while diagnosing...............

Also if possible sand an email as well with all the screen shots explaining them in detailed.................

Thanks a lot for your replies. Sorry for my late answer. I don't know how to collect logs
from this device,I am a new in using this device maxisys pro ms 908. Really it will be
very useful if somebody guide me with collecting logs.thanks a lot in advance.

Hi

I do agree with this as I tested today on MB E-Class W212 and its true it connects to all the Modules but, there are no other function than only Read Fault Codes and Clear Fault Codes and ECU Info................

I have already sand you data log file today for this model please let me know if you need any more information for this

Hi, for the data log uploading, please go to Maxisys, Diagnostics and Car make, you'll see a small pen icon on the top right corner. Tap the pen once and it will start recording and you can process the function you need. After the function is done, tap the pen again then the entire process with data stream has been recorded and there will be a form. Please fill up the information as detailed as possible and upload it. Thanks!
