Hi.is the eis new,if so you should be supplied with a programming key by the dealer.You read the configuration of the eis save it fit new eis write configuration and ch no.put programming key in the lock wait until the light goes out on the key and then use the vehicle keys first one usually programmes quickly second one can take upto 45 mins .This is how you do it with star ,I cannot see it being different with autel as the software just looks like its copied.regards Mike

How can you reprogram EIS if it has lost it program with the original key............I have one which the key is not working has lost its program...............
