I don;t think MaxisysPro can do this as you will need Toyota Calculator to calculate the pin code.....but lets see what support team will come up with this question................

  Hi  a used  Toyota pcm does not need programming however if this vehicle is equipped with an immobilizer then the key will need to be programmed. the maxi-sys does program the key but you will need a pin-code.  but first try this procedure. with the ignition off jump pin 4 and 13 of the dlc (diagnostic connector 16 pin) turn key on for 30 minutes, you will notice a few lights flashing on the dash, its normal, after the 30 minutes has passed turn key off and disconnect jumper and start the vehicle. if this procedure does not work for you then a pin code will be needed.  you can try pulling the key cylinder from the front passenger door, the code is there and program it with the maxi-sys. another thing you can do is putting your computer in learning mode by flashing  the epprom and virginizing it. good luck let me know how it went.
