    Hi, you have to register your machine witch auteltech and than you will be able to update via UPDATE button and selecting what you want to update.

      What device did you buy? Or you can try as doc4cars advised first. If there is still problem, please write to support@autel.com and we will send you update manual for reference. Thanks!
