Hello support. we are having the same issue again with file corrupted for up to 2003 option, most vehicles. I personally reported this issue 2 updates ago only to have it messed up again. we can't seem to get ahead here. I think you should have all this so call engineers replaced cuz they surely don't know what they're doing. every time they make an update something gets screwed up ,we are going backwards here  and loosing faith in this tool everyday , soon no one will buy update or tools at this rate.  2 years data logging and reporting issues for nothing, just to mess it up anyway again and again. please get your act together this is exhausting.

   yes i saw your other post, when ever you run into this resets that don't work  check on the internet or you tube there is almost always another way to reset this lights manually. you have to take this calmly or it will drive you nuts, believe me I have been doing it for a while and gone crazy a few times. this sometimes is a one step forward and 3 backwards, autel better find a solution to this problem and quick before everybody looses faith in the tool, there are more issues now than ever before. i have said it a million times to stop updating new vehicles model year and fix what we have, but they don't pay attention and keep adding 2015,2016  that we wont see until 2 or 3 years from now, rather than fixing all the issues we have at hand on older vehicles. well take it easy buddy or you will have a heart attack.

 Jaime have you tried the latest Chrysler release, I have not been able to test it on pre 04 vehicles. thanks.
