I bought a new device but it says its already registered

     Today i received a new EBS301 but when i try to rgister it it says it is already registered,
    could you please check why this is?

     Where did you buy it from.............? The best person to ask is from you bought it from...........Also can you compare the first date of registered from the day you bought it how long ago was registered........................?

     Hi, if it is already registered, then you can write to support@autel.com with your own ID and we can move the device to your account. But the only thing is the update period is less than one year. So it's better you check with your dealer first. Thanks!
