    In My Machine Doesn't Show The Logos As Specific Vehicle's Logo !!!
    Advice Please, I Already Updated And Registered My Machine But Still No Logos

     The original Logos were been removed due to copy rights problems.......................

     I am having this problem of no logos under diagnostic tabs.

    Did you find a fix

     Have you tried sending an email to Support Team to see if they can help you.........? 

    You also need to tell us what type of tool have it........................as Autel has many types of tools...........

     Hi Ashraf,

    I have Maxisys pro with the j2534 interface.

    Under the diagnostic Tab I have no logos, it's empty

    I have registered the product through this website and updated all car manufacturers.
    I have navigated this whole forum and found out that if the language selected is different than the system requires then all logos disappear.
    I bought the device as an english language but maybe the supplier has sent me a wrong item.
    How can I find what language is intended for this device?

     post your serial number, support will know the language for your tool. good luck.
