haveing some problems with gm cars

I work at a gm dealer and I have a maxisys ds708 was using it on a 2006 Chevrolet cobolt on the passenger presence system for the passenger airbag it would not zero it I used the tech 2 and it did than I was using it on a 2005 Pontiac vibe and it would not turn on the vent valve or the presser switch valve for the evap system if it has the option there why don't it work please get back to me and let me know does gm have an update comeing out soon -

Did you send them data log files and and screen shots if you had any error massage.................? if not than try doing this if you still that vehicle with you........
1) Full Auto Scan play with all the options you have in that ECU............ any error massage get screen shot attache to your log file and send them...............If not today at least by end of year we will get that bug fixed.............But, by than our subscription will have expired and than we will pay again for more bugs...............
