MD802 doesn't work on toyota camry SRS system

     I just bought a new MaxiDiag Elite MD802, but it doesn't work on 2002 MCV36 Camry SRS system. I'm not sure what the problem is. Software or scanner?

     Can you please send the Auto Scan Data Log Files with all the information of the vehicle like Vin Number Engine Code if you can and send it to Support Team so they can look in to it................And also take some snap shorts of and error massages you getting while diagnosing this vehicle...........

        Thanks a lot  for your reply. The VIN number is 6T153XK360X275791. It can't be connected to the SRS system .By the way, could you please authorise the simplified  Chinese language in this device.
