     I had a 2008 BMW 320d touring e91 in today during a scan&test it prompted me to update the radio coding so i did and guess what now i have no AUX or BLUETOOTH on a closer look at the software coding the version maxisys had downgraded it to a basic system and even worse to japan spec!!!!! im in the UK and guess what again no way back thanks AUTEL.

      install version 7.0 or previous one and re-code see if that helps. post back results, they may have screwed that up as well. make sure to select correct region too. good luck

    I'm allready on v7 ede and yes correct reigon at least at my end god knows what the
    program is doing.

    Hello Busaman, first thanks for your uploading a datalog for our analysis, but this datalog is not completed and it is useless for our locating this problem. Now may I suggest you upload a completed data for our analysis again? And also as you said the AUX and bluetooth can't work, did you receive any fault codes for it?

     well support that's all fine and dandy but the customer had to go home YESTERDAY as i don't have hotel facility here to have them stay while you get back to me with a reply i will have to wait for them to come back.

     i don't know why the data-log was not complete. but if the coding was correct in the first place i would not have needed to send one.

    i had the customer back again last week and re coded with the latest version of software but still the same i also sent 3 logs for you to look at....

    BUT NO REPLY!!!!!!!!!!!!  not even an e-mail to tell me you are working on it.....

    my god what is going on has anyone looked at it at all........

    SUPPORT it has been a week now since i sent 3 datalogs for this car and still no e-mail to confirm and NO reply..........

    Our support has replied you already. Please check your email. Our engineer will analyze the datalog by order of datalog receiving and also it needs time for analysis. 

    So as I told you before, for urgent issues, please make sure send email to remind us so that we can take your case as priority. Hope you can understand.
