     I have an apple mac and require the new software/download to change updates on my scanner (Maxidiag FR704) which is about 4 years old now!

     Hi, you need to buy update for your deivce since the update period of it should expire already. Please login Autel website with your ID and you can find Buy Update under Your Device. After you buy updates, new software / updates can be downloaded to the deivce. If there is any other problem, please write to support@autel.com. Thanks!
