Just back up your present software and down load new updates..................If you find new updates has any issues send data log files to support team............and roll back to your old software............. -

I use it fairly often so will definitely try to post if others don't. I try to send data log, but don't think I do it correctly. I never get response... Have to look into that one -

Never you have any issues send data log files as well as you make sure you should post the issues you came a cross here on forum so, we all know the problems with the software as well as other members can be aware of the issues................ -

So far 2012 ford fusion, 2012 ford explorer(has option but says unable to communicate with module),2012 f150,2014 f150 has no power balance option.trying to datalog but will not send. -

Made backup,but for some reason I clear the ford app and redownload previous
version I copied,but I don't have ford icon.how to roll back my saved version? Thanks

After you copied the old software did you try to update again with new software and see if your ford icon comes back to normal................? -

yes I can redownload and get ford back but I cant figure out how to upload version 5.0.i copied the entire scan folder of every make and have on my laptop.
