d708 will not communicate with any Ford after updated to ver 9.13 HELP

      A few months ago I updated Ford to v 9.13 no it will not communicate with any Fords . at all . Is there any way to revert back to the old version of the Ford software ?

    Sorry for the problem caused for you. In DS708 you can go to Update to select the previous version to download the old one. But could you please send us your datalog about your problem for our analysis?

     When I go to update on the tool is says " Sorry no update is available for this tool "  So how would I go about restoring a previous version ?

    Please go to Update->Installed Programs->Uninstall Ford, then back to Updates to select the previous versions (V9.13,V9.12,V9.11, V9.10) to download.

    BTW, you said you can't get communication with any Ford cars, can it connect other cars? Is it the main cable problem? And also before you go to previous version, hope you can collect a datalog for our checking. Thanks for your cooperation.

     yes I can communicate with any car truck or van as long as it is not a Ford .
