Just bought DS708 in a hope to fix my 2005 Nissan Altima 3.5 which cranks but does not start.

When I scanned the vehicle with DS708, using the Auto Scan feature,  I got 'fault' on 2 areas; one in IPDM E/R with U1000 code and the other in ENGINE with P1800 code.

Is there another feature on DS708 to pinpoint the problem area on my vehicle in respect to these codes? I just replaced the ground cable from transmission to negative battery terminal because it broke off due to corrosion.

I am not a mechanic but can replace some parts ("mechanically inclined??") and I need community help as to what I should do next with DS708 for my vehicle to start up and running.
